HONOR SENIORS Jean Haubenstricker, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Haubenstricker, 7450 Ash St., earned top scholastic honors as valedictorian at Birch Run Area High School. Her average was 3.677 out of a possible 4.000. Second academic honors were earned by Dorothy Magnus, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Magnus, 9210 E. Birch Run Rd. Dorothy gained the rank of salutatorian with a 3.345 average. Jean has been active in class plays, student governmenr and school pub- lications. Dorothy has served as class officer, as cheerleader and on student publ ications. Others who graduated with honors include Janet Trinklein, Edna Ann Richey, Ruth Ann Patterson, Sharon McCulloch, Barbara Wendzik and Betty Percy. The graduating class includes 48 students. DON R.
