HONOR SENIORS A boy and girl shared top scholarship honors, in this year's senior class at Birch Run High. Frances Zehnder, 17, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Zehnder, was named val- edictorian with an average of 3.629 of a possible 4. Wayne Raquepaw, 17, son of Mr. and Mrs. G. Edward Raquepaw, won salutatorian honors with 3.464. Janet Robertson took third honors with 3.285. Frances was a cheerleader, an office assistant, junior play prompter and was a member of Glee Club for three years. She was also assistant editor of the school annual, PANTHER TALES. Wayne was vice-president of his class during his junior year. He was a member of the Senior band, was senior play stage manager and was in the cast of the junior play.
