Rooney's Hatchery PROLOGUE Usually, something like this is written in the first pages of a high school annual but in this case we felt it more fitting to have a prologue rather than an introduction, It is always a little sad when something good passes from your life, no matter how necessary the passing may be and no matter how much better the replacement may be. To know that the Tigers will never again trod the hardwood floors of the county, the Bipponet will never again go to the presses, that the halls of the high school will never again echo to the voices and the clamor of the upperclassmen. This is to know that Bippus High School is no more. This is to have some idea of what Poe meant, Quoth the Raven, Nevermorel It is with mixed emotions that we present this, our final Bipponet, to you, We take pride in what we think is a job well done. We are looking forward to entering a new phase of our educational life, We are sad at leaving behind us all the old, famil- iar things which over the years we have grown to love.
