Duncan Highlights BAB Weel( The third annual BAB Week officially began at the stroke of noon on Thursday February 6. Bettys were allowed to ask the Bob of their choice to a week ' s worth of fun and traditional activities. This year, there were a few changes from previous ones. The Biola Business Association and Social Board present- ed a Jazz Nite in the SUB. The traditional Valentine ' s Ban- quet was again held in the cafeteria. Dr. Harrison emceed as the 139th Street Quartet provided the after dinner enter- tainment. To top off the week long program was Bryan Duncan. He and his band took over the Chase gymnasium on Saturday night. The two hour concert featured songs from his new album. Both Biolansand members of the Christian communi- ty at large gathered to listen to their hard driving rhythms and lyrics. Bryan Duncan recently established his own band following his association with the Sweet Comfort Band. This was a new experience for him setting out on his own. But in an interview with The Chimes Bryan said that he felt more free to express his abilities now that he is away from the Band. Whatever the circumstances, he gave an unforgettable concert that will remain in the minds of Biolans for years to come. 30
