Central students gorge themselves on a filling meal Are you one of the many who frequent our school cafeteria? Those who are know that the fine staff makes up tempting lunches for the students who wish to buy their lunch. lf you ever forget your lunch-stop in for sandwiches, salads, or a hot plate, which are sold at very reasonable prices. Many students also benefit by using the cafeteria as a noon study hall, while others prefer to use it to sit and converse with friends. The one place at Central everyone appreciates is our cafeteria. Have you ever wondered who diligently keeps our school spotless? Ever wondered who daily sweeps the floors after careless students who drop paper? All the credit must go to one group-our custodians. They do everything for us, from filling inkwells and filing locks off lockers that wonft open, to mowing the lawn and keeping the grounds picked up. Early in the morning they come to open the school doors and get the building heated. This friendly group also takes care of our scattered belongings such as boots, books, coats, hats, scarves, and jewelry. Many thanks are in order for the eflicient custodians who help to make our building a pleasant place. CAFETERIA CUSTUDIANS s 'X K. x ,IV ft 1 1 Y x

Mr. Andrew Harris DRIVING Driving, now under the able leadership of Mr. Andrew Harris and Mr. Gerald Dischinger, has become a very popular course for all Centralites. The members of this class meet twice a week for lecture periods and movies on the fundamentals of driving, and twice a week for actual practice in the driver train- ing car. The lectures are under the direction of Mr. Dischinger, and the actual driving is taught by both men. The intricacies are discussed and cleared up during Mr. Dischinger's lecture periods. Although driving today seems comparatively easy, modern cars and equipment have made it very complex. Even though developing driving skills is very important, the main idea is to develop safe driving attitudes. ' , 'FVWIV Mechanisms of machinery Who has the Toni?
