Above Left: Lack of financial aid under the Reagan ad- ministration forced students to fine means of paying for their future educations. Business was brisk well through the start of school for Dipper Dan employees Darin Cole, Sheryl Seaton, and Scott Kea. Above Right: Virtually every major fashion magazine ran a feature on the Lady Di cut and how to get it, which just goes to show that senior Linda Cochran was ahead of her time — she's worn her hair in this pretty style for years! Middle: Limited government funding boosted school lunch prices from sixty to ninety cents. Some students preferred to ap- ply the money toward an afternoon snack at McDonald's. Lower Left: Biloxi High's baseball team kept its spirit high despite the strike that crippled major league baseball for the summer. 12
