ONE FOOT IN FRONT OF THE OTHER The NJROTC had a very busy summer in 1976. They per- formed in the Fourth of July parade in Laurel, and the West- ern Days parade in Billings on July 17th. In August they took a back pack trip to the Beartooths and in September they spent three days at boot camp on the Boulder River. Their other activities throughout the year consisted of partici- pating in Toys for Tots and the Food Drive, a formal dance, performing at sports events, and having skating and “milk and cookie” parties on weekends. 1st PLATOON.
