,fffiff Open House at BSH this year was held on February 26th, so that our new gym and the new additions to the theatre, library, and administration offices could be Viewed by the parents. The purpose of the Open House is to introduce the parents to the school and to give them a chance to learn added information about the curriculum. The day began with an assembly for everyone. Follow ing the assembly the parents went to each of their childs classes for a shortened period -about 10 minutes. Senior counselors acted as guides for the night. The Trepp Family Singers entertained the parents while they had their coffee and cookies. One parent commenting on Open House said, I liked it. I think it's a good thing. When asked what he thought of Open House, one teacher replied, It was better this year, in that I had a better association with some of the parents. 23 GG 97 New Students isit Senior
