BHS’s Girls’ Staters were Sandra West, Sheila Loendorf, Judy Howard, and Lorna Veraldi. They spent the week of June 23 to July 1 on the campus of Montana State Uni- versity. Sheila Loendorf gained a double victory by being named Justice of the Peace and Chairman of the Fish and Game Depart- ment. Sandra West was Speak- er of the House. Girls’ State delegates participated in a mock court trial, elections, talent and fashion shows, and a graduation ceremony.
