Collins Provides New Leadership School Board: Mr. George Selover, Dr. Gary Dolls, Mr. William Bellingham, Mr. John West, Mr. Edward Bott, Mr. David Auer, Dr. James McBride Mr. Ray Collins, a native of Butte and Whitehall, was initiated as the new principal of Billings Senior High School in the fall of 1966. A graduate of the University of Michigan, Mr. Collins is a former principal and instructor of Big Timber High School. He has taught mathematics, social studies, biology, and eighth grade subjects. Mr. Paul O'Hare, the superin- tendent of schools in District 2, and seven prominent citizens make up the school board. It is the duty of these men to choose capable teach- ers, determine salaries, make available supplies and equipment needed, and otherwise keep the schools in their district running smoothly and efficiently.
