And what shall we say about Carrie? How the dear Lord ever got such a big heart and such a keen mind into one person is only another of those miracles we read about in the Good Book. Carrie is always to be found helping some under-classman with the intricacies of Algebra or Latin. Faithful unto the end and in every branch, she was the joy of the teachers and a credit to herself and her class. This lad is a picture of manly beauty, a perfect Adonis. He is one of those de- sirable young fellows with dark eyes, soulful lips and a passionate smile. Spence never went in for anything rought like basket ball, soccer or baseball, but he depended on his winning personality for ,his popularity. But setting all jokes aside. in Margaret we have one of the most capable and eflicient Workers in the school. Her artistic ability is an asset not to be despised and her musical attainments often helped make affairs success- ful. Bernetla is easy to look at :ind as suoh. is naturally a 1-enter of attraction. How- ever, she is really very modest and is efficient, especially in her commercial work. She has ambitions to be a stenog and studiously reads the comic papers to see how .the real ones act. Anrl yet inrlie-ations point to the favt that she might even become a tailor for she has vamped several members of that family. But time will tell and until then we can only wish Bernie good luck. He is a mod- est. retiring sort of a chap, always the same every time you meet him. To look at him, you would hardly suspect he was athletically inclined but for two years he booted full back on the soccer team. He is heart whole and fancy free but rumor has it that he is preparing to cast his anchor of ronumce in certain Biglerville harbors. Wlien anything which required physical pep was needed, Thelma was called upon to put it across. Likatble always and lorvjable sometimes, she has always been a favorite among the opposite sex. She takesi great pride in automobiles, espe- cially those of a color similar to her hair.
