Her seriousness is almost laughable at times but .a true heart beats under all. Like the Ray o' light which often crosses her path, she is always bright and cheerful. Esther has more school spirit packed in her heart than three ordinary mortals and could always be relied upon to do her share in every undertakinsi. If she works as hard for herself as she did for B. She has reduced library loafing to a science and Miss Mac alone refuses to let her remain undisturbed in her wilful way.
