Royalty Given Recognition By the Band During one of the many spectacular halftime shows, Pat Stinson was crowned Band Queen 1970-71. Other nominees were Debbie Wash and Sylvia Galan. Outstand- ing marchers were honored with the famous Barney Award at the annual Band Awards Banquet, November 24.
