SENIORS, YOUR FAITH AND YOUR FUTURE Most of you seniors are now leav- ing the protection of your home and school,and will be thrown on your own resources.All of you mean to succeed. altf I pray that each and all of you will avi 'f succeed to the full measure of your M Af-r 2 possibilities in any worthy undertak- ing you put your hand to. This parting will in the main make our association less intimate-- it has to be that way. But always re- member I shall be ready to help y0Ut0 the full extent of my ability in any worthy thing you wish to undertake. You will need much encouragement down through life. You will suffer from some if not all of the six basic , M- .nm Ja-, paw fears which beset mankind, Namely: The fear of POVERTY The fear of CRITICISM The fear of ILL HEALTH The fear of LOSS OF LOVE OF SOM ONE The fear of OLD AGE BIB SPRING INDEPENDENT SCHDUL Dus'rmc:T The fear of DEATH w.c.ELANKENSHIP,supEmNrENoENr You may face successfully any and all six of these basic fears through FAITH. You must have faith in YOURSELF, faith in your FELLOW MAN, and faith in GOD. Anyone who REALLY THINKS will have faith. I do not have space to emphasize all three of these faiths, but this simple little poem will illustrate the first. If the first is really mastered, you will grow in faith in your FELLOW MAN and in GOD.
