Of 1968 Friday morning, May 17, 1968, the senior class left on their sneak trip to Flathead Lake. During their stay they enjoyed many activities. They returned Sunday afternoon to prepare for baccalaureate that evening. Reverend Adams conducted the service. Following baccalaureate the local churches honored the seniors with a reception in the F. E. Miley School. Wednesday morning, May 22, the mothers of the seniors served the Senior Breakfast in tine Methodist Fellowship Hall. That evening the forty-one seniors in their caps and gowns marched down the aisles to receive their diplomas. After the valedictory and salutatory, given by Carol Chauvet and Colleen Branagan, respectively, Dr. George Craig of Northern Montana College gave his commencement address, ’’Education Made to Order. ” Signe Skaalure entertained by singing ’’Graduation Day.” 23 Mr. Chvilicek, class sponsor, present- ing the class.
