LYNN PEGAR, so serious and grave, Has some ideas on how people should behave. To say what she thinks, she's not afraid. To her a club is a club, a spade a spade. A gatherer of friends who admire his warm personality, This youth's charm is not one of common banality. The second to the youngest, the fourth of five sons, We all like DEAN of the ROBERTSONS. NANCY REICHELT, who is sedate and staid, Is Havre bound to become a nurses' aid. Nancy has looked after and worried about her friends. The profession of nursing is just one of her ends. Peggy Husar We're all proud of this fellow whose temper is so even. We think he is something, this wrestler JIM STEVEN. His leadership of the honor society is so democratic, And his success in life is assured; it's just automatic. SUSAN MERRILL is tranquil and calm around here. She plans on going to school next year. One of her attributes is her prire -winning smile. We hope she comes back to visit once in a while. Don't let this next fellow fool you, as he is no slouch, Although he lies in his desk as if it were a couch. 'Tis RON KALANICK I'm talking about, Who seldom hears teachers unless they shout. Another reserved but happy senior is MARILYN HANDL, Whose smile and personality are as bright as a candle. She has ridden the bus some 40,000 miles. To her, this is just one of life's many trials. Susan Merrill MERRI MORLOCK looks at life with a grin. It's not as serious as it might have been. With an armful of books to her classes she runs. The questions she asks are puzzling ones. A senior girl who likes to read is ALICE BAHNMILLER. To her Gone With the Wind was a real thriller. She's ambitious, energetic, not afraid of work. To her, duty is something one does not shirk. GARRY MALECK joined the class just this year. He went to school in Wisconsin before he came here. He's jolly, and all laughter, what you'd call a good Joe. Asked what he planned after school, answered, I don't know. There's RON WOLLEY, our classroom subversive, Who thinks that teachers and school are coercive. For four long years he's been wanting out. But all jokes aside, he is a good scout. RUBY BOOTH is a girl with a flare For fashion in clothes and strangely groomed hair. She works at the nursing home after school. The Senior Class LORETTA NEPIL is happy and gay, A girl who is busy most of the day. She often fails when she tries to be serious. Her friends laugh and that makes her furious. There's handsome, debonnaire DANIEL BEAUDETTE, Who thinks his Ford Falcon is a Chev Corvette. He's worldly, he's wise, and he's gallant. For getting his own way he has an affluent talent. Some call this girl Sugar, but most call her JOY. She owns a Honda, a high-powered toy. She'll be Big Sandy's loss and Billings' gain When she goes to school, her degree to attain. Mildred Clixby and Gary Darlington The next fellow is a racy, flashy speed-demon, Who makes his car tires sound as though they are screamin' Perhaps we are not wrong when we call him The Peeler. He is none other than our GARY BEELER. PEGGY HUSAR is a daughter of the old west. To preserve the Missouri she's strong to suggest. She's sure of herself; her plans are well-made. She's going to Seattle to learn the hair stylist trade. He is mighty, well-rooted like an old oak. Life he relishes as he does a good joke. His face is all smiles, and his spirit is merry. We list him in our records as DARLINGTON, GARY. The Junior Miss delegate was DONNA BLEY, A nice, quiet girl who is somewhat shy. Donna's going to Spokane; she's Kinman College bound. This girl obviously has both feet on the ground. Mr. Peck This fellow is brainy and imaginative --something like Poe. His several weird stories would make a good show. His hours are long and his truck needs fixin'. He delivers our milk--he's TERRY DIXON. CAROL LARSON is a competitor through and through. Her classmates have found her hard to outdo. Winning or losing, she's a good sport, A person whose qualities are the best sort. There stands ROB WILSON, so articulate and bright. He can read and he can write. There isn't much that he doesn't know. If you doubt me, ask him; he'll tell you so. She's a talented girl with easel and brush, Who seldom seems to be in a rush. MILDRED is a gal who is quiet and strong, A gal who greets each new day with a song. As the proud possessor of an old model car, This boy drives recklessly but never goes far. For something to do, he plans a Marine Corps trip. We are his friends; we call him SKIP. 17 Sharon Broesder

ALICE LANNING has a twinkle in her eye And a warm personality that money can't buy. A young lady who puts on no false, phony airs, Her type of girl is not found in pairs. There sits this fellow who is quiet and shy, Who is known to his friends as a regular guy. His stories about Grandpa are full of blarney. You guessed it: I'm talking about GASVODA, ARNIE. SHARON BROESDER is a girl who stands tall, Who has been class president since last fall. Her job as leader has been long and hard; Students and faculty hold her in high regard. Mr. Shupe, Lana Larson, Rob Wilson A cheerful fellow whom all students like, This boy needs no introduction - he is MIKE As able basketball captain and student body head, His year has been busy and his school well led. KATHLEEN BRANAGAN is a superior scholar Whose varied talents will carry her far. Good was the example that she set And her record here will be hard to forget. His victories are several and his assets are many. He's an athlete at heart, and as good as any. Tall, strong, and Nordic: 'Tis of DENNIS I'm speaking, Whose humility is a virtue well worth the seeking. Excellence is DIANNE HUMPHREY'S goal, And never has she missed being on the honor roll. For honors she has won more than her share; Perhaps greatness is lurking there. Mr. Hammond That's GLEN KULBECK sitting over there Sitting and talking and rocking his chair. He spells his name with just one N, And it's more than coincidence that it rhymes with Pen. When we think of a girl whose asset is charm A girl whose smile can engage and disarm, LANA is the name that comes to our mind. She's a rare girl; she's a rare find. A speedy, black Dodge is the charger of this modem knight, Who races all comers with happy delight. His license says that he is one GORDON MOES My, how fast that feller goes! GAIL JENKINS is full of good humor and fun, Always busy at something that finally gets done. She gets up early and works until late, Boredom and despair will not be her fate. Mail comes to this fellow from down Mexico way. He'd like to go back; she'd like him to stay. But he's Montana bora, one of Montana's young men.
