Rumor has it that Ethel Kalanick couldn't come since she's being married tonight. (For the 13th time. ) Since it didn't work out too well the other times, maybe 13 is her lucky number. Larry Jappe is out in the kitchen bothering the cook again--it seems hehas to taste thefood every- where he goes, since he's been appointed Official Food Taster for the Baby Food and Baby Drinks Inc. Sandra Kaiser is in the toll business again. This time she bought the Brooklyn Bridge and has moved it to Fort Benton where she's making a terrific fortune. She also has a part-time job at Normand Clixby's Drive-In Grocery, also loca- ted in Fort Benton. This is the first grocery store of its type to have delivery service by air. The spotlight is swinging toward the door now—we wonder why anyone would be coming now, since the dance is practically over. C ' Why, of course, it's Janis Kaste-late as usual! Charlotte Svennungsenhas just rushed over to the door to meet her. She still has the ) paper and pencil that she's been carrying around taking notes all night for her and Janis' Love- lorn Column in the Space Gazette. They are resigned to being Big Sandy's most prominent old maids. We, the reporters, have been observing this dance from our sta- tion here on Mars, but since Arlen Ojala just rushed in the door and is dancing with Vera, that makes everyone of the class of '56 pres- ent and accounted for and makes our job complete, so we'll leave you at this point. If any addition al information on this Alumni Dance is desired, stop in at our office at 0000 Rocket Trail in Space City, and we'll see you later in our crater. OOOGf 21
