In the Pall of 1940 the Big Sandy High Schodl Band started work on another strenuous program, again under our ace director, Mr, Clarence F. Boess. The Glee Club, under the direction of Mrs. Sylvius was progressing ?long fine, when disaster struck it. it seems that during our Glee Club, which was the activity period, many of the students were tak- ing advantage of the free period. For this reason we had to stop our little singing lessons with Mrs. Sylvius much to our sorrow We wish to thanl tecs.
