GLEE CLUB As every one is now getting more -settled in their studies, it is necessary to Begin our different clubs. 5?lie girls are looking forward to a great career in G3.e e Club work. It has not yet Been decided who will assist the girls. We are exacting the girls to be very successf.il in this work as they have never disappointed us so far, GIRLS BASKET BALL Basket Ball Is going to start in November, all the girls are anxious for the time to come for all of us enjoyed Basket Ball very much last year. Ivlidd Magee is goisig to coach us this year, and we hope to have some games without side teams. Be ing so many girls in High School, there will he sev- eral teams and very much competit ion. However, this will only create a greater amount of Pep. Air News A new air route has Been established directly be- tween Cecil and Alta. The Junior President is going to buy them a wire- less outfit because it is so much safer. Paper wads are too conspicuous to Miss McComas.

Why? All of them limp more or leS3-, now, and they can not dance any other way. Wouldn t it be nice to have wondefful hair? Especially like Kiel Turner1s. He can do anything with it. One day he will come to school. It will be as straight, and straighter. East day it is a mass of curls. Some Say a curling iron is helpful. Who knows? But what difference does it make? He Has wonderful hair. W When we see Kiel Turner collecting wrinkles on his hrow and impressively clearing his throat, it reminds us of that wonderful statue of The Thinker, but we know he is only getting ready to answer a question in Commercial' Haw, Miss Magee: 'What is the Statue of Frauds? Whit is the matter with all of you, I must say, this class is very interested in this work. Immediately the Freshmen drag out hidden stores of erasers, chalk, pen holders, etc, kept in reserve for the purpose, and begin to bombard all the Other People here. But the minute teacher appears, no one can look more innocent than those same Freshmen. Even the Champion Sophomore Bluffers have to bow to those Freshmen,
