SANIOR CLASS PROPAECY On the beautlful sunny day of June 18, 1985, a four engine B1g Roc? et plane 1S gettlng read to land at the mun1c1pal alrport ln the la ge clty of Blg Rock In the past 30 years the small town of B1g Ro k has grown to a populatlon of 65,000 people when the plane comes to a halt the door SWlngS open and the ladder lS placed agalnst the snlp to unload the passengers The stemardess steps forward to asslst the passengers 1n descendlng to the ground Photographers all gather around to take plctures of the pllot as he leaves the plane The spectators all gl nce for a second tlme to see GLENN ZEIThR appear for front page plcture of the Blg Rock et News Glenn has Ju + returned from pllotlng hls plane for 100,000,000 mlles w1thout a mlshap The flrst passenger to get off the plane 13 CAROLYN HAMPTON, one of Glenn's former classmates Carolyn lS now llV1Dg 1n Santa Monlca, Callfornla, where she has a job as head nurse of the Santa Monlca hospltal Glenn has a few hours lay-over before hls next fllght so he and Carolyn hall a cab and rlde out to the O'CONNELL Manufacturlng Center of ready made homes EDWARD 0'CONNELL meets them at the door wlth a smlle and then tells hls foreman to take over for the tlme belng so he can taxa them to see h1s home and famlly They dr1ve along Elsenhower Blvd JI ff' S 1985 Jet Pmpelled Cadlllac They drlve along and remmlsce about ore of the hlgh s hool hlghllghts that they had engoyed It 1sn't long and thcv stop ln front of tue be utlful ranch type home nd built by h nsclf After spendlrg the afternoon together Glenn goes back to the a1r port and Ca olvn COH+lFd6S on her journey to see BARBARA THOMAS, also of he Class of 55N Followlng gr duatlon from hlgh school, Barbara went to hlnnfapolls where she studled to be a Stewardess After gettlng h W1UUS she flew from the east to west coast for the Blg Rocket A1P1lHCb Now she 1S an lnstructor ln the School for Stewardesses Ba b and Carolyn are plannlng on leaving the followlng day for a V3CStl0D at Key Ues+, Florlda where NANCY CLEVER is the proprletor of tue 'F d of the L1ne Vacatlon Resort N Nancy tells them when they ar 1X that she has a cha n of vacatlon resorts all along the east co t and extendlng to Texas along the Gulf of Mexlco She says lt keeps F r very busy uslng the bookkeeplng that she took when she was a Sed o W' lu 1 - Y . -D - Q 1 D 0 I 0 Q X..
