Advisor: Robert Stark The Student Council at Big Pine School provides a forum for the discussion of topics of vital concern to students. It is also responsible for such activities as ball game concessions, student body dances, Homecoming and Sadie Hawkins Day. The council approves the budgets and money raising activities of the other school groups. The student council president speaks for the student body when discussing matters of student concern with the administration. The student rep to the Board of Trustees keeps the student body informed of issues that come before the board. The student body treasurer keeps a record of receipts and disbursements for all student groups.
