THOMAS JOSEPH HALEY He came to us in ' 54 from somewhere in the west. But he has shown us that he is one of the best. As we ve known him and studied with him daily, We know we ' ll never forget our pal Tom Haley. WILLIAM SAXON HUDSON An example of what a student can do This guy has always come through We ' ll know he needs no luck to succeed For he has the qualities that many need. JOAN ANITA McNEELY Our gal that ' s really swell Seems to do everything well, Happy-go-lucky, carefree too, Without Leroy, what ' d she do.

GORDON BRYANT DAWSON, JR. He was sometimes absent, often late But he very seldom made a mistake But I don ' t think we have to worry G. B. will go places in a hurry. ROSA ANN DAWSON Her specialization is in cooking But we admit she ' s not bad looking In sports whe has been quite a whiz We ' ll tell the world how great she is. CARL VAUGHAN ARRINGTON We all admire our carefree boy Who thinks to study is no joy But whatever route he takes We ' ll know he ' ll get just what he makes.

DOROTHY JANE OGDEN A favorite in the student line, With hair as black as black can get; She ' s popular (intellectual too)- Will we remember her? You bet! MARIAN LORETTA PHILLIPS Here ' s a senior liked by all, Not so short but not so tall She eats a lot, we all admit, But in our school, she’s been a hit. DOROTHY ELIZABETH REYNOLDS To get an education is the thought in her mind- A truer friend to all, you could not find- As she goes on her way to college We ' ll know she ' ll make the most of her high school knowledge.
