. . Climaxed bv Dance. During intermission at the Homecoming Dance Pep Club President Barbara Blaney presents gifts to Queen Maureen and King Leo. Homecoming was a week- long affair. Monday was Hat Day, Tuesday was Clash Day with the girls serving as the boy's slaves. Wednesday was Sock and Sign Day. Thursday was dressup day with the Seniors as cartoon characters, the Juniors as early civilization, the Sophomores as spacemen, and the Freshmen as pioneers, and the Faculty as cowboys and Indians. The bonfire, chili supper, car-bash and tug-of-war were events of Thursday night. Mar- sh a Norskog introduced the 1969 royalty: Queen Maureen Harvey, King Leo Ankney, and Attendants Kay Clements, Barbara Moreland, Wayne Daly and Joe Mackey. Colors of dark blue and white were used by the Pep Club to decorate for Friday evening's dance. The Rams played a hard- fought game Friday, but lost to Tongue River 28-6.
