MATH FAIR SEATED: Glenn Doyon STANDING: Stephen Randall, Miss P011, Michael Gagne, Charles Antonakos, Cynthia Bunting, Jonathan Haines The third annual Biddeford Junior High School Math Fair, under the direction of Miss Sarah-Jane P011, consisted of oral presentation and exhibits of students in grades seven, eight and nine. Pictured above are the first place winners. The aims of the Math Fair were fourfold: 1. To stimulate increased interest and enthusiasm in mathematics among students at Biddeford Junior High School. To provide recognition for academically minded students. To provide for the inter-changing of ideas between students and teachers. To stimulate interest among students in individual study and research.
