THE BLACK and GOLD BAND This year marks the fourteenth anniversary of the Beverly High School's band organization under the direction of Mr. Lewis Dale of Bennington. It nov boasts a membership of 24, and has many new pros- pective members who are now taking lessons from Mr. Dale. 'Prospects are promising for the nnintenance of a good band, since there is a vide array of instruments in this group, stated Lewis Dale, Director. 4 A series of five combined rehearsals and concerts were held dur- ing the year at Ada, Tescott, Culver, Bennington, and Beverly.
