Self-schedul The counseling department is in- volved in more than individual stu- dent counseling. This year it has planned and produced several edu- cational workshops geared toward greater communication with the students in the various facets of ed- ucational planning. General college advising, including financial aid, was discussed in depth. Other ses- ing debuts sions delt with honors and ad- vanced placement courses. The most successful innovation was self-scheduling. Under this pro- gram, the counselors set up the en- tire process of each student de- veloping his own schedule.
