Technical Arts Business Education Every year, hundreds of students learn to type and take shorthand and gain experience in operating duplicating machines, switchboards, and auditing machines in Beverly's rapidly growing Business Education Department. N Y.U 101 Fo u1’y tv« The Technical Arts Department is a finely drawn program instructing in skills such as architecture, auto mechanics, technical drawing, engineering, electronics, printing, wood technology and telecommunications. New to the Department, telecommunications provides an opportunity for students to study the operation and maintenance of television cameras and video recorders. The department is concerned mainly with providing exploration and self discovery through the practical application of technical knowledge.

Foreign Language The growth of the Longuage Department in the past few years hos been amazing. It now instructs in seven languages including Chinese, Russian, Hebrew and the traditional Latin, French, Spanish, and German.
