Technical Arts Business Education Every year, hundreds of students learn to type and take shorthand and gain experience in operating duplicating machines, switchboards, and auditing machines in Beverly's rapidly growing Business Education Department. New to the Department, telecommunications provides an opportunity for students to study the operation and maintenance of television cameras and video recorders. The department is concerned mainly with providing exploration and self discovery through the practical application of technical knowledge.
