T ST FF DEAN OF BOYS Mr. Steve Miletich, Coach, has also proved himself worthy of his title of Dean of Boys. In this capacity, he accounts for the attendance records of all students, co- advises the Student Court and Student Council, and spon- sors the Boys' League activities. Mr. Miletich came to Beverly twelve years ago as a Basketball Coach and is the President of the Southern California Basketball Officials and Vice President of the Trojan Coaches Association. ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT To the student of Beverly, Mr. John H. Marrow is still Coach , although, this year, he left the Physical Educa- tion Department and became Administrative Assistant. ln this position, he supervises the purchasing forlall phases of the educational program, administrates the high school and student body budget, assists in the supervision of the Student Council, and directs school Civil Defense. This year, Mr. Marrow is the President of our own Faculty Club.

As head ofthe Guidance Office, he arranges the master program, directs the vocational guidance conference, works with the coun- selors in supervising student programming and takes polls from past students to see how the curriculum can be im- proved. Mr. Alter is Principal of the summer school and our Pioneer League Athletic Representative. I6 DEAN OF GIRLS Mrs. Romaine H. Pauley has served as Beverly's Dean of Girls for the past eight years. As Dean, she advises the Girls' League, co-advises the Student Court, co-sponsors the Club Relations Board, supervises the publication of the daily bulletin, and is in charge of the school calendar. Proving her versatility, Mrs. Pauley, before becoming Dean of Girls, served as adviser to the Highlights, the weekly newspaper at Beverly.
