BOYS' COURT Under The capable direcTion oT Dr. Ayers, The Boys' CourT meeTs once a week Tor The beneTiT oT Those boys ThaT need a small bif of advice in regard To The rules oT The school. The courT keeps on Tile The daTe and charge oT each boy Turned in, and marked improvemenT has been shown in some boys due To The acTions oT The courT. The Ten members oT The courT are elecfed by The Boys' League and all are capable and very un- dersTanding. The KnighTs acT as a supreme courT and each week some KnighT has The privilege oT aTTending The courT meeTing. GIRLS' COURT The girls' courT is organized and enTorced To TurTher girls' discipline in school. IT is under The sponsorship oT Mrs. Grace RaThwell and The leadership oT The supreme judge, or Commissioner oT Girls' WelTare. Six judges decide The TaTe oT Those girls who break The rules oT The school. The TirsT Term supreme jusTice was PaT Loy, and her courT consisTed oT Virginia Lee Boyden, Diana Burke, MarTha Darbyshire, Judy Sherman, Gloria Somborn, and Mary STewarT. The second semesTer, Norma Louise McKenzie pre- sided over The courT. The judges were Diana Burke, Theo Frisbee, Ann Ellen l-larris, Barbara Knapp, Mary PabsT, and Doris Jane Sherman.

X l AUTO PATROL The AuTo PaTrol is one oT The many saTeTy organizaTions in The school and is com- posed oT a group oT older boys. Their duTy is To prevenT sTudenTs Trom moving Their cars during school hours and To inspecT The neighborhood gaThering places in search oT sTudenTs who have violaTed The school rules and gone OTT bounds. The boys who are chosen musT have a clriver's license because iT is necessary To use auTomobiles Tor paTroling. The AUTO PaTrol has The saTeTy inTeresT OT The school in mind aT all Times. This is necessary because The parenTs oT The sTudenTs musT be assured oT a maximum oT saTeTy while Their children are in school. BOUNDS COMMITTEE The members oT The Bounds CommiTTee are a group oT sTudenTs desirous oT aiding The school by enTorcing The school laws. lTis The duTy oT The Bounds CommiTTee To see ThaT all sTudenTs are on The school limiTs during school Time. The commiTTee does a greaT deal in helping The school To mainTain saTeTy. HALL GUARDS Under The capable direcTion oT Mr. William Morrison, The I-lall Guards keep The Norman halls Tree Trom sTudenTs who are apT To annoy classes in session. The quieTness oT our halls has been noTiced by all visiTors and alumni, and crediT musT be given To These loyal sTudenTs. This branch oT school service is usually perTormed by sTudenTs in The TenTh grade. A successTul l-lall Guard musT be dependable, courTeous, and consisTenT. The CapTain oT The l-lalls is Russell Vail.
