The privilege of being a leader in a group of students such as one finds at Beverly is so great that it cannot possibly be over-estimated, and the faculty are not unaware of their privilege in having been able to observe this leadership. The spectacle has been an inspiring one, for had it not been for the very spontaneous and enthusiastic help of the students of Beverly l-lills High School, the faculty would have had their many tasks multiplied. With this reality of help and pro- gressive planning from the students we have all been able to work toward a common goal-one of enthusiastic support of whatever in the past might serve our best interests and a search for a future which might hold for us higher and more fitting accomplishments. Realms. Let this be more than a greeting-let it be the expres- sion of a deep, heartfelt appreciation of innumerable pleas- ant occasions we have had together during the school year. Your attitude of friendliness and your fine spirit of coopera- tion have made this, my freshman year at Beverly l-ligh, a very happy experience. The leadership, the resourcefulness, the smiling accept- ance of responsibility by those of you whose fortune it has been to engage actively in the life of the school have con- ' ' ' I -th tributed materially toward that goal we hold for Bever y e finest of high schools. 25jJmJ P. l MRS.
