Mixed Chorus and Concert Choir. Sections of the 110- voice chorus met twice weekly during regularly scheduled class periods to pre- pare new numbers. The full chorus usually rehearsed at least one activity period each week. Under the direction of Mr. Law- rence P. Drouin. a variety of musical selections ranging from classical numbers to modern popular tunes were performed by the chorus during assemblies and con- certs. TOP ROW: James Andreas, Junior Class Representativeg and Thomas Larson, Treasurer. SkiCHub On the day of one of the many ski trips to Gunstock. Sunapee. or Waterville Valley. Ski Club members start to arrive at the school at 5:30 a.m. The skiers' abilities range from expert to begin- ner. but all have an enjoyable day. On the bus ride home. the exhausted. and sometimes bruised skiers are quiet. sunburned and happy to return. Following Pep Bond The Beverly High School Pep Band was devoted to encouraging school spirit at home basketball games. It consists of ten active members of the high school band. The musicians' unending efforts in trying to develop school spirit helped stir our teams on to many victories.
