Ready For The Beverly High School Drama Club consists of students who enjoy all phases of stage produc- tions. This years annual play was lf A Man Answers. At the left, D. Wilkins, R. Denis, C. Dea, and D. Chansky socialize during a party scene. The Audio-Visual Aides, headed by Mr. Michael Casale, worked alongside the Drama Club to make the production more suc- cessful. Their other involvements included setting up equipment for large-group instruction and school assemblies. The Theatre Club. advised by Miss Frances Hatch and Mrs. Theo McCleod, visited local the- atres to review productions such as 6'Come Summer, starring Ray Bolger. This club gives students, a chance to see both Broadway and Off-Broadway productions.

Language Clubs Along with the language classes offered each year by the language department, the department spon- sored three clubs. These clubsg French, Latin, and Spanish, were for the students who wished to become more proficient in a lan- guage on a friendly, extra-curric- ular basis. The purpose of the clubs were primarily educational, but the program also included field trips to foreign food restaurants and films for amusement.
