Fisher, Principal of Bev- erly High School, has ultimate responsibil- ity for the successful operation of all phases of school life. He supervises and co-ordi- nates the activities of the three houses which are administered under the direction of the Housemasters. In these endeavors, he is guided by the policies of the city of Bev- erly School Committee and is most closely associated with the three Housemasters, the principal administrative assistants. Mr. Paul Crosby, director of guidance, co-ordinates the work of the counselors, schedules visits of college representatives, and disseminates information from the col- leges. He also serves as a member of the principal's cabinet.

The English teachers sponsored many ac- tivities-among them six publications and speech and theater clubs.
