The curriculum offers programs in commercial art, general art, jewelry making. and mechanical draw- ing to all interested students. Some of the better work is exhibited in the trophy case outside the office and in the study halls. Experience in commercial art is offered by the Art Service Club, headed by Miss Bridgess. George Taylor, Ann Farley GYM AND MUSIC Gym classes. under the direction of Coach Taylor and Miss Farley, are de- signed to improve students, co-ordination and to develop the basic skills necessary for various sports. The extensive program offered to the students at B.H.S. includes many intramural activities. Mr. Charles Walsh is physical education director. Miss Gravelle and Mr. Finnegan fsuper- visorl head the music department, which offers students an opportunity to follow courses in the singing and instrumental fields. The program includes clubs, classes, and in-and-out-of-school participation in Mixed Chorus. band. and orchestra. Both Mr. Finnegan and Miss Cravelle are on the assembly planning program committee.
