They finished that year on May 27, 1979. 24 senic received their diplomas on that day. The year has been enjoyable because the class did thin together. They toured London, England and the highlights of N1 York City. They went to those places on March 31, 1979. Eat student brought back their own memories which will continue live on through them. The class presented the new library with a globe with each ss ior's name engraved on it. This was given in memory of the 19' class and to welcome the new library. Throughout their years in high school, the sopho- mores anxiously wait for that day when they order their school rings. Well this year they finally got their chance. The sophomore class has also been working to raise money for that special day when they are seniors. They are glad they only have two more years because this class likes to have fun and they don't exactly like doing homework. Greg Williamson Ronald Wise ,limmy Wohlgamuth Alan Wolford The third graders have attempted various projects. These projects took a lot of time and the students really did their best. For Christmas the third graders refinished old railroad spikes and painted them gold. These were to be used by the fathers as paper weights. For the mothers, they did small fry originals. These were designs which each student made up and which were then sent to a company to be transformed onto a plate as decorations. For both par- ents thc students made splatter paintings and used them as a basis for Christmas cards. To be able to pay for these projects the third grade used the P.T.A. raffle money they received. Later on in the year the third graders took a first aide course. This was sponsored by the American Red Cross and the Johnson and Johnson Company.
