GIRLS' PHYSICAL EDUCATION The Girls' Physical Education Class of 1954-1955 participated in various sport activities during the current school year. At the beginning of the year the class began playing softball when weather permitted. The girls divided into two teams and had a series of games. After winter set in several weeks were spent on various stunts and calisthenics. A considerable amount of time was also spent on learning to play volleyball. The two Physical Education Classes had several games. Even the Eighth grade girls were engaged in several games with the Eighth grade boys. Next the girls had several interesting Basketball games. It has been reported that the girls are going to take up Archery in the spring. Hold your hats! Arlene Baker Donna Schwochow Joyce Depp Carolyn Feterle CHEERLEADERS
