Can it be twelve long years since forty first graders entered the Bethesda First Grade? You can imagine how we felt' Some of us scared to death, and others with out a care in the world, some happy and full of lun, but we pulled through eight long years of hard work to be freshmen Freshmen' Does it seem four years since we entered the halls of Bethesda High School We entered here as a class of forty one Some have moved away and some new ones added Perhaps we did seem a little green to the upper classmen and were the objects of all jokes, but we took it as good sports As Sophomores we have climbed one more step up the ladder of success Some of our members have left us this year as a result, our number has dwindled to thirty four Another step up the ladder Juniors and full of ambition We were a happy and carefree class, and were represented in athletics and dramatics Our record for our Junior year is one that speaks for itself This year some thought other things more important than school we are down to twenty nine In September, 1952, we entered as dignified Seniors We have finally reached the top step of our high school career We hope to leave BHS with more knowledge and admirable qualities than we possesed when we entered There are now twenty two who have survived the tests of time Although we are few in number, we hope that we may go forth and play our part in the great drama of life as successfully as we have in our high school career Now that we have reached the end of our high school course, often we will think of those days, good times, teachers and schoolmates As the time comes for us to say our last words and depart, we wish to extend our heartiest thanks and best wishes to the faculty for their help and assistance in aiding us to reach the top step of that ladder that leads to SUCCESS ' ..I :nn-an Q11 181 Q11 li Zi? ii 11 11 z'-T: :F- J is 95+ Sponsored by BARNESVILLE LUMBER CO .
