MR. RALPH M. T. JOHNSON Superintendent of Schools To the Class of 1951: Your class leaves Bethel High School in a year that is not noted for its calm and security. Many of you, as individuals, will find your- selves forced into situations and conditions which are not of your own choosing, and which may not meet with your whole-hearted approval. Under such circumstances may you realize that, not the troubles you face, but your reaction to them is what counts.
