The difference be¬ tween Middle school and High school was such a dramatic on that the 1386-87 school year offered many challenges from ninth graders, get¬ ting used to administra¬ tion . . . going from one end of the school building to another while stillfnd time to go to one’s locker, talk to friend . . . get to class on time . . . adjust¬ ing to exams . . . size of the school . . . Getting lost in the big school was frightening to numerous freshman . . . General¬ ly, newcomers formed opinions of the high school rather quickly though many of these feelings seem to change. Bethel students appar¬ ently had a change of heart regarding frst im¬ pression of the school . . . Now the majority of freshmen Bruins had mastered the hallways and schedules wi th blindfold on .. .
