Every moment brings us pleasure in our school life. To preserve these precious memories, the Seniors have prepared the 1965 CHIEFTAIN to show the many faces and parts of Bethel High. OF EDUCATION . . . Administration Faculty OF PARTICIPATION . . . Clubs OF COMPETITION . . . Athletics OF CONTRIBUTION . . . Activities OF GRADUATION . . . Classes Seniors Superlatives OF SELECTION . . . Advertisements As an expression of our appreciation, the Senior Class of 1965 bestows its greatest honor to Mr. Jimmy Fornes for being our teacher, our friend, and most of all--our be¬ loved coach. The students of Bethel High School express their thanks for his three years of dedicated work as a physical education teacher and coach of the famed Bethel Indians. As a teacher he was determined to make us strive for the best. Although sometimes discouraged we were able, with his help, to strive for higher goals. He was always there with a helping hand and a word of encouragement. As our coach he has brought us through many victories and some defeats with grace and dignity. His personality has influenced every student with whom he has been associated. Therefore, with love and admiration we dedicate our yearbook, THE CHIEFTAIN, to Mr. Jimmy Fornes.
