class Poem We, the Seniors, the departing class of nineteen fifty-eight Hove known all along that leaving Bethel High would be our fate. But now that the time has come, each of us, one and all Wish that we never had to leave your dear, protecting wall. Now we believe what others did many, many times remind That our happiest memories we would most surely leave behind. So we wish to say to you as we leave you this spring That remembering you will always fondest thoughts bring. So, dear old Bethel High, we bid you a sad, but loving farewell. May the future, as the past, treat you very, very well; And may our future work prove to be a lasting tribute to you. For, if we succeed, much of it will be rightly your just due.
