The times in which we live make many of yes- terday's goals, practices, programs, and facili- ties obselete. With courage and confidence, the weaknesses and neglect of our public schools must be faced and their urgent needs must be given first priority. Fundamentally, there is no military or diplomatic need that should have higher pri- ority than our schools. HARRY E, EBLING Supervising Principal M.r. Earl C.
