This is also true at Bethel. Softball, tennis, and swim- ming are some of the sports where we find competition hetween the classes very keen. Not only is there competition between the elasses. Juniors and Seniors, hut we Gnd the eommut- ing students pitting their strength against that of the dormitory students in haskethall. Each year following an intramural tourna- ment in the spring, the college gives an award for the most outstanding athletes. Pictured on the left is Coach Charles H.
