Jofllt OL JOAN OF LORRAINE, Maxwell Ander- son ' s versions of the Joan of Arc legend, was presented on May 3 and 4 in Memorial Hall. Miss Marguerite Schriver, assisted by Esther Schmidt, directed the play. Anderson ' s JOAN OF LORRAINE is a play within a play in which each cast mem- ber assumes a dual role. In the frame play the actors prepare the stage and rehearse the JOAN OF LORRAINE play.
