We've been together for so long now, for some of us it’s been almost thirteen years. To grow up and share so many treasured memories and wonderful ex- periences together, it makes it all the more hard to say goodbye to one an- other when we graduate and part for the last time. We were only five years old when we met in that kindergarten room, wide-eyed and frightened at the strange new faces. Little did we know then that one day the strangers would grow into the oldest and most cherished friends some of us will ever have. School for some will only be a blessing that it is finally over, but it was here that we spent the most part of our childhood lives. We grew from little toddlers into adolescents. And now we’ve grown into young men and women. A PEEK AT THE PAST . . . Seniors 25

It's only a matter of time before the years will leap away and we will find ourselves reunited, twenty, maybe thirty years from now. One of us will win a prize for travelling the farthest, one of us for the most gray hairs, one of us for the most grandchil- dren. We’ll talk of our jobs and our families, and our health. Then it will grow quiet as someone shouts. “Remember when and we will remember, with a little laugh, or a distant look in our eyes. Maybe seventy-five years from now. one of us will be the lucky one to be recognized at an alumni banquet for being the oldest graduate of Bethany High School. Maybe one of us will be a president. Maybe one of us will be a criminal. Maybe one of us will be a movie star. Or maybe one of us will be a scientist with a revolutionary breakthrough. Or maybe someone not famous or bad. just a quiet person, happy with his family life in a small rural town . . . THEN NOW 26 Seniors
