The Agony of Defeat With a 0-9 record, the Bethany Mustangs still haven't lost their confidence. Our team still has the skill, strategy, and stamina to win—we just had a bad year. Every team can come back and we will next year. The season opened with the Areola game. We made a good show but failed to win the game. We weren't as excited about the football season when defeated by Lovington in the homecoming game. We may not have won a game this year, but the football team has won the hearts of all of the Mustang fans. Action is the name of the game! Todd Dudley, 41 attempts to block a pass. Brian Elder makes a good tackle. No. 34, Chris Stiles takes charge on the side lines. • V ■
