Floyd Beachy leaves all his extra ‘credits to Gene Davis who we know can use them. Judy Bland leaves a tray of ice-cubes to any Junior girl who would like to use them at the drive-in. Velma Book leaves all the members of her family to the library in hopes it will fill the vacant shelves. Mike Brewer leaves his build to Nancy McCorvie. Steve Brown leaves his car driving ability to any Jr. boy who wants to get stuck” with it. Jim Carroll leaves his hen-pecked ways to Zane Freeland who has already developed some of his own. Sharon Clark leaves her love for the Air Force to Stan Thompson, who we understand, flys every Saturday night. Verral Cordray leaves his brownie points with coach to Doug Burrows, who, we know, needs them. Karen Crane leaves her quiet ways to Jo Payne who finds that the less you say the less you know. Larry Dick leaves his love for Freshmen to Ron Hickenbottom who seems to be doing alright. Dennis Fendley leaves his rotten joke jar to John Schwartz in hopes that John may come up with some new ones. Harold Payne leaves his guitar to anybody in the school that wants to play with it. And 1, Doug Aschermann leave my love for the finer things in life to Greg Cribbet in which we both cher- ish dearly. 58 SENIOR CLASS PROPHECY Holy High School, Batman! I've got the information on the class of '67 and there were sure some surprises!! Sharon Clark is an opera singer for the Met. She said she never would have made it without the support of her loyal classmates. We hear Denny Ferguson and Floyd Beachy are rivals for different car insurance companies. They always did donate a lot to those insurance men. Jim and Sarah Carroll are living in the African Jungle in a tree house. They never did get over the fact that someone cut their first home down. Are you ready for this one, Batman! Mr. Jarand has turned over his class to Dick Martin because of Dick's brilliant scholastic work. The only student we recognized was Mike Brewer, in the back row passing ourM M's. Keep trying Mike, someday you'll pass Chemistry, too! Holy Bird Brain, Batman! Doug Herendeen is starring on Broadway. The critics say his portrayal of Woody Woodpecker was the best they'd seen in years. You remember ole Jerry Clark? He's really doing well in the business. He's now the top salesman for the Mr. Clean Company. Dwaine Mescher is the gourmet chef at the Polynesian Room. He attributes his success to his mother's ex- otic formulas. Larry Dick, Owner of the Standard Station, has a booming business going. His two biggest supporters are Verral Cordray and Steve Brown, whose bus line runs daily from Bethany to Lovington. It seems they became attached to the curves in the road during their Senior year. Harold Payne has been working for an auto body company. He invented a new fuel-injected sports car, which he called the High-Powered Howard. Don Ball wrote his first set of encyclopedias at the age of 20. He's now working on a new set of textbooks for Mr. Syfert. After his rejection from the Playboy Club, Doug Aschermann became the owner of a lavish new night club, Ashman's Can. Business is thriving, maybe because of his go-go girl, Judy Bland, who developed a method of her own. Dennis Fendley has become a window-washer on the Empire State Building. He told us he was always pretty agile with people's windows back home. We noticed he still hasn't grown into his father's red jacket, which was a favorite of his in high school. Tim Davis has become the top advertising agent for a high-class company. He said he got his start from making posters for his locker his Senior year. Chris Shonk is now working in a dingleberry factory in Sullivan. She tells us she first became fond of Barry's in her Junior year. Carolyn Dowdell owns an alcohol factory now. She became used to the smell after bathing her pierced ears so often. Russ Pearce is now a famous fashion artist in London. Two of his top models are Velma Book and MaryBeth Carlyle, who started their careers in Miss Scott's FHA style shows. Marilyn Smith started out as a finger-painting instructor, but changed her occupation to author after the success of her first book, The In Crowd . Larry Barnes is teaching karate in the Army. He told us he got his start in high school by practicing on Nellie's Jello. Tom Gordon is now the swingin' D.J. for radio station WHOW. The young girls tell us they can't resist his curly hair and winning smile. Joe Russell has turned professional fighter. He used to practice so much in grade school that he's really got a good career going. Bill Rowe is now the head of a leading candy company. It seems he changed brands because he got tired of the old kind of Candy. Rex Vanatta is now editor of the Decatur Herald. Rex says he got his start from being newspaper carrier in high school, and he just worked his way up. Tom Hoskins has turned mad scientist. He's trying to blow up the world with his home-made benzene bombs. Emily Roby owns a nursery school in Hervey City. She says business is good, and Zane is a big help. And I, Karen Crane have become a race car driver. 1 got my start when running from Troy after curfew in the old Ford . 59 KEN'S FOOD STORES BETHANY - SULLIVAN MT.
