There ' s usually a trumpet or two, and the or- gan from upstairs, plus a symphony (on Rec- ords) blaring forth from one of the rooms, and the general hubbub caused by the physics lab at the end of the hall . . . Remember also Bible 11 and 12 . . Bible papers on subjects about which we knew nothing . . . discover- ing that the freshman course wasn ' t ' so bad after all. ' . . . Student preaching . . . hom- ilitics . . . the fact that the Bible department is one of the main reasons why our Alma Mater was founded in the first place . . .
