O MGTION AND THE JEWISH MOTHER Incessantly and with tireless devotion she labors late into the night Her primary con cern is her loved ones Burdened xxith the responsibility of rearing her children in the path of Torah she assumes her duties with faith courage and steadfastness. She seeks no praise requests no thanks. Modesty, grace, and inner beauty are her virtuesg her weapons -- a prayer and a tear. Her piety permeates thc home with a blessed serenityg her presence dispels darkness and gloom. Satisfied to take a back-seat role in life, she exclaims with joy the daily blessing: . . .
